USF Will Host 7 Weeks of Tennis Camps

TAMPA (May 9, 2018) – USF is hosting seven weeks of tennis camps this summer, including three camps for lightly experienced to advanced players and four beginner's camps.
 
Two of the camps are sponsored by Wilson Sports and offer great prizes to all campers. These camps include the Overnight Stay Camp on July 3-7 and the Full-Day Camp held from July 9-13. USF Tennis Camps is adding one Half-Day Camp session on June 18-22. Please see below for descriptions of all our camps. 
 
Wilson Overnight Stay Tennis Camp -  June 3-7
  • Chaperoned overnight lodging in the dormitories like college students
  • Three meals a day in campus dining hall included (for overnight campers, excluding first and last day of camp) 
  • On court instruction by USF Men's and Women's Team coaches and players
  • Fitness and conditioning education
  • Half-Day and Commuter Options
  • Evening entertainment

USF Tennis Camps Half-Day Session - June 18-22
  • Informal group provides more individualized instruction
  • Instruction by current USF Players and Coaches
  • Half-day from 9am to 1 pm

Wilson Full-Day Tennis Camp - July 9-13
  • Instruction plus daily match play opportunities. 
  • Instruction by current USF Men's and Women's Team players and coaches

  • Great prizes for all provided by Wilson Tennis
  • End of camp drawing for a brand new racquet by Wilson

Beginner's Camps - June 11-15, July 2-6, July 16-20, July 23-27

After winning four straight, USF finished as The American runner-up. In his first year at the helm, he led Bulls to a conference championship and the NCAA tournament during the 2017 season. The USF men's tennis program won four consecutive American Athletic Conference Championships and advanced to four straight NCAA tournaments from 2013-2017.
