“Obviously it was good to win. I thought the defense did well to get some takeaways in the first half. It was good to win. The players certainly went through a lot this season and still found a way to earn another game.”

“We want to make sure we get in. We’re going to have meetings tomorrow, we’ll make corrections. Their defense came out and did some things and they played well, forcing us into some situations. I felt like we beat ourselves up on penalties, but when we straightened that out we were able to drive the football. But you have to give credit to USF’s defense in the first half. They really stuck it to us. Once we worked on those adjustments we were able to put some more touchdowns on the board.”
