USF Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form
***Nominations for the 2026 Class are now being accepted through April 10, 2026***
***Nominations received after the yearly deadline for the upcoming class will be considered for future classes***
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Nominees must be at least four years removed from their career at USF.
• Eligible nominees:
• Former student-athlete
• Former head coach
• Former athletics administrator
• Eligible inductee must be deemed by USF to be in good standing:
• Academic - must have exited USF having maintained academic eligibility or as a graduate.
• USF Conduct - consideration will be given to any disciplinary action incurred as well as the frequency and severity of any such action.
• Citizenship - consideration will be given to contributions made to the community and maintaining a clean record and positive public image.
• A candidate's accomplishments in professional athletics and in other settings will be considered, however a
strong emphasis will be placed on the candidate's accomplishments while at USF.
• Inductees must accept their selection for induction and are requested to attend the induction ceremony.
