Spirit Squad Appearances
About Us
Our program consists of Sun Dolls Dance Team, Coed and All-Girl Cheer teams that represent the University of South Florida.
Scheduling
Rocky, cheerleaders, and Sun Dolls will be cheering at most sporting events and will be unable to fulfill other appearances during these times.
All outside appearance requests are covered on a first come, first serve basis. Some appearances will not be permitted to overlap. You will receive an email from aSouth Florida staff member prior to your event to confirm if we can fulfill your request. If we are able to come, we will need to receive proof of payment at least 5 business days prior to the event.
Appearance Policies & Requirements
Rocky will require two 10-minute breaks per hour period. There are no discounts for shorter appearances. Free appearances will be restricted to one hour.
Spirit Teams and Rocky will need a secure place to change and store personal belongings during the appearance. They cannot be visible to the public while changing. The changing space may not be a bathroom.
Reasonable parking for all Spirit Squad members attending your event must be provided by the event organizer. Any parking fees will be charged back to the event organizer.
All photos taken of Spirit Squad members at events are for private and personal use only. No photos may be taken for promotional purposes or with business signage. All promotional photo requests must be submitted to USF Marketing Athletics.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel after submitting your request, we will do our best to accommodate. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will refund you at no cost.
In the rare case that we become unable to fulfill a confirmed request, we will refund your appearance fee completely and notify you as soon as possible. Please understand that South Florida games and other South Florida sponsored events take priority.
Pricing & Appearance Request
Please fill out the request form below to book your next event. Requests cannot be reviewed or accepted more than four months in advance from the date of the event. Requests and appearance details — including parking and changing information — must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date. The availability of sports, sponsored events and student schedules may cause a delay in confirmation.

- 1 Fill out the Spirit Squad Request form via the link HERE.
- 2 Once complete, you will see a page notifying you that your request has been successfully submitted and is being reviewed.
- 3 Confirmation is usually determined two weeks prior to your event. If your appearance can be covered, you will receive a confirmation email with appearance details and an invoice attached.
- 4 Once you receive the confirmation email and invoice, we will need to receive proof of payment at least 5 business days prior to the event.
- 5 If your appearance cannot be covered, you will be notified via email. If information is not properly provided in your initial request, you may receive an Appearance Update email requesting additional information.
