Spring Update #10: Rosters Announced

TAMPA -- Coming off arguably the most successful season in school history, the USF football program will begin preparing for the 2008 season with Spring Football, which kicks off March 4 and runs until the April 12 Spring Game under the lights at Raymond James Stadium.

Practice			Scrimmages/Spring Game
Pro Day

The Spring Game is the annual highlight of the off-season practice schedule and this year the Bulls will play in primetime at Ray Jay. The green and gold will square off at 7 p.m. Eastern in a scrimmage that will be televised throughout the Tampa Bay area by Catch47. There will be no admission charged at the Spring Game.

Over the next 40 days, the Bulls will practice 15 times including two scrimmages and the Spring Game. Head coach Jim Leavitt and his staff decided to begin practices prior to spring break this season, which means three practices March 4-6 and then a 12-day hiatus before returning to the field on March 18.

Practices are closed to the general public with the exception of the Spring Game.

In addition to regular practice reports, fans will get an exclusive look the brand new assistant coaches, players that are batting for new starting spots, players that are returning from injury and/or guys that are stepping into a more prominent role on the team.

The Spring Game is Saturday, April 12 at 7 p.m. Eastern. The game will be broadcast live on Catch 47 with Drew Fellios and Mark Robinson calling the action.
