What is the Varsity Club? The mission of the Varsity Club is to encourage past USF athletics members to be lifelong members of the USF Athletics family and to strengthen the bond between them, the University, and the department of intercollegiate athletics. The Bulls Varsity Club will strive to provide its members with the opportunity to foster and maintain relationships across different sports and generations thus promoting the interest and mission of the University of South Florida.

Photo Name: 1976 Big Sun Tournament Competing in the Big Sun Tournament at Bayfront Center Arena in St. Petersburg, USF lost to Florida, 70-53, on Dec. 17, 1976, before rebounding the next day to defeat Penn State, 66-62. The tournament would go on for another two years, as USF posted wins over Pittsburgh and West Virginia during the tournament's four-year run.
