Louisville vs. USF
Raymond James Stadium
Louisville Head Coach Steve KragthorpeOn the loss to USF…“We don't feel good about anything. We play to win. The bottom line is that we play to win the game. I'm proud of their effort. I'm proud of the way they fought, but we lost the game today. That is on me. We are supposed to win games around here. We play to win, we don't play to feel good. The only way we feel good is if we win.”
On B.J. Daniels…“He is a great player. He is a dangerous guy, because he makes plays with his feet. He is so elusive. We had him three or four times where we had him sacked, but he got out of it. The thing is, he can run and make 20 or 30 yards as a runner. He does such a good job of pulling the ball down when he seems to be on the run. He has that laser arm. He reminds me of Michael Vick from that stand point, that he can run around and make plays.”
Louisville QB Adam FromanOn how you played as a tea…"I know, we played hard. Everybody, the offensive line did a great job today. Scott [Radcliff] had a heck of a game. He made some good catches. Trent [Guy] was big on special teams like always, and the defense was flying around. We played a solid game, as far as effort goes, you can't ask for much more."
On how the season went…"At this point we expect a lot more out of ourselves. We know we could have had a lot more. I mean there was only one game, the Cincinnati game was the only game we were never really in We had a chance to win every single other game. It's disappointing but somebody's got to win and someone's got to lose in every game."
Louisville WR Trent GuyOn scoring on the return, and the game…“It is unfortunate that we didn't get the win. The return set up nice. The guys got nice blocks, and their punter kicked the ball on a straight line. As a punt-returner, those are things that we look for. We got a great return out of it.”
