DADE CITY, Fla. - The BIG EAST Conference is pleased to have the 2009 Golf Championships at the Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club, hosted by Lake Jovita and USF. Follow all the action in this live chat that will be on-going through the three day event.
This season, the par 72, 7,031-yard South Course will serve as the host of the men's championship, while the par 72, 5,968/5,988 yard North Course will serve as the host of the women's championship. This marks the second time the golf championship has been held at Lake Jovita. In 2006, Notre Dame took home the men's championship, while Louisville took home the women's championship at the South Florida course.
