Photo Name: 1982 Sun Belt Tournament
The year 1982 saw the Bulls host the Sun Belt Tournament in baseball, as USF faced off against Charlotte and South Alabama in Tampa. USF defeated Charlotte 10-0 and South Alabama 9-6 and 9-4 down in Tampa before moving on to the NCAA Regional in front of crowds that brought their winnebagos, as seen in the background here, and also decorated the outfield fence to spell out Bulls.
