TAMPA - "Well, it's finally here," said USF head coach Skip Holtz about Saturday's USF-UF matchup after an hour long football practice Sunday evening on the USF campus.

Holtz said to prepare for the game against the Gators, the Bulls must not look at the big picture or be result oriented this week, but instead be task oriented.

"The best way to run a marathon is one step at a time, and that's how we have to approach this week," Holtz said.

To prepare for the loud atmosphere, Holtz talked about how he has pumped crowd noise into practices at his previous coaching stops, and makes note that the decibel level at The Swamp will be something the players need to learn how to work with.

"I'm looking forward to it, it's [Ben Hill Griffin Stadium] a great environment. We're really excited about the game. These are the games that you want to play in."
