TAMPA -- Season tickets for the 2011 USF home football season are now on sale through 1-800-GoBulls and online at www.GoUSFBulls.com. Season ticket prices for 2011 start at $65, a $10 decrease from last year.
The Bulls will have a seven-game home schedule in 2011, including Big East dates against West Virginia, Cincinnati and Louisville. Last season, the Bulls won at Cincinnati and Louisville for the first time in program history.
The non-conference schedule is highlighted by a Nov. 19 match-up with in-state rival Miami. The Bulls beat the Hurricanes for the first time in program history last year, winning a thrilling overtime contest, 23-20, in Miami. The rest of the non-conference slate is made up of Ball State (Sept. 10) Florida A&M (Sept. 17) and UTEP (Sept. 24).
All games are at Raymond James Stadium and kickoff times for each game will be announced throughout the season.
The Bulls return to the field this fall after defeating Clemson in the Meineke Car Care Bowl in Charlotte, N.C. on New Year's Eve. USF has appeared in a bowl game for six consecutive seasons, making it one of only six programs nationally that has played in a bowl game in each year as a BCS league member. Also, the Bulls are one of only four teams nationally that has won a bowl game in each of the last three seasons.
