Meet the Bulls at Fan Fest on Aug. 22

TAMPA, AUG. 5, 2015 – USF Athletics will kick off the fall sport season by celebrating with the people that make each game magical.
USF fans have an opportunity to meet the program's student-athletes and coaches they'll soon be cheering for during Bulls Fan Fest, which is set for Saturday, Aug. 22 from 10 a.m. to noon inside the Sun Dome. Bulls Fan Fest, a free event open to the public, will feature all of USF's fall sports teams, including football, men's and women's soccer, cross country and volleyball. Bulls Fan Fest is presented by Florida Blue and sponsored by Hyatt Place.
Fans are welcome to get autographs and take pictures with student-athletes, coaches, Rocky The Bull, the Sun Dolls and the cheerleading squad. Fans also have a chance to participate in fun, interactive games with their favorite Bulls that include interactive games on kicking field goals, soccer penalty kicks, the 40-yard dash, volleyball serving and much more. Young Bulls fans can get their faces painted and participate in fun coloring activities in the Kids Area.
Fans are encouraged to get to campus early for the surplus sale of USF athletic gear, apparel and collector's items from past teams at discounted prices. Team-issued gear, old uniforms, memorabilia and other popular USF items will be on the sale block starting at 10 a.m. with proceeds benefitting the USF Athletics Department to support student-athlete initiatives.
Fans can get an inside look at each sport's upcoming season by watching special video interviews with coaches that will air during the event. Representatives will be on hand to assist fans with season ticket, single-game and mini-pack purchases at Gate A. Those interested in basketball season tickets can take advantage of the Select-A-Seat program.
Bulls fans can win big by participating in enter-to-win raffles with prize items including family four packs of game tickets, autographed team posters and a special behind-the-scenes experience at a home football game.
Fans are encouraged to utilize the Sun Dome parking lots and entrance to the event will be through Gate A.

Following Fan Fest, fans are welcome to watch Coach Courtney Draper's volleyball team compete during the Green and Gold scrimmage. Admission is free and the action begins at 12:30 p.m. inside The Corral.
Fans also can watch Coach George Kiefer's men's soccer team take on the University of Tampa in the annual Rowdies Cup at 7 p.m. at Corbett Stadium. General admission tickets are $5 and can be purchased HERE.
