TAMPA, MAY 21, 2018 – #BullStrong: Inside USF Football, the University of South Florida football program's weekly television show, has been selected a national finalist for outstanding production for a third time by the Sports Video Group (SVG) and National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA).

The show, which debuted in 2014, won the honor of Outstanding Program Series last year from more than 100 national entries. The Bulls' weekly TV show has now earned selection as an SVG College Sports Media Awards finalist for the third time. The winners will be announced May 31 at the 10th Annual SVG College Sports Summit at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta.

"Now in its 10th year, the SVG College Sports Media Awards continues to be the only competition that showcases the best in college-sports production," says Tom Buffolano, chairman of the SVG College Sports Media Awards in association with NACDA. "The quantum leap in the sheer number of colleges in the past 10 years that now produce the highest-quality video, both live and edited, is astounding. Adding to that the growing capability to reach audiences on every platform imaginable, and the investment made in college-sports production continuing to grow, I am excited to see what the next 10 years brings. Congratulations to all the finalists!"

The awards recognize the best in college sports video production from national networks, regional networks and conference digital networks, collegiate athletic departments, and students. The CSMAs aim to celebrate those who have pushed the envelope and set a higher standard for the quality of live and pre-/post-produced college sports video content.

#BullStrong: Inside USF Football, which aired 12 episodes during the Bulls' 10-win 2017 season and a Spring Special in May, has been nominated for Outstanding Program Series in the Regional/Local Networks/Syndicators and Production Companies division.
