USF To Face North Texas, Memphis, And TCU
TAMPA, Feb. 26, 2020 – The University of South Florida women's tennis team travels to Texas to face three opponents in four days. The Bulls face North Texas on Thursday, start conference play against Memphis on Friday, and finish the road trip at TCU on Sunday.
Â
South Florida moved to 3-4 on the season after splitting matches against FGCU and Alabama at the USF Varsity Tennis Courts two weeks ago. The Bulls took three courts into tiebreakers to pull out the thrilling win against FGCU.
Â
"Playing three matches in four days will test how well we have prepared to date" stated Coach
Cristina Moros. Â "We have always had really close battles with North Texas, and I am sure we will be in store for another good one on Thursday. Memphis is definitely a program on the rise, so we need to be ready for a tough battle there. Ending with TCU is a tough test, but we prepare for stretches exactly like this one, so I am looking forward to seeing how our group has matured since our last road trip."
