Named the second coach in the history of the University of South Florida women's soccer program in December of 2006, Schilte-Brown, a native of Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada) is in her 14th year at the helm of the women's soccer program 23rd year as a head coach overall.

She led the Bulls to their fourth straight conference title this year and the Bulls are preparing for their fifth NCAA Tournament appearance since 2014. In her 13 seasons at USF, Schilte-Brown has amassed a record of 137-72-38, including an undefeated 9-0-2 season this year and both regular season and tournament titles in the American Athletic Conference.

She led the Bulls to the program's first American Athletic Conference regular season title in 2018, and first American Tournament Championship in 2017. She led USF to its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 2010, followed by five more in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2020. Under her leadership, the Bulls have advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament three times, in 2010, 2017 and 2018 and USF's 2018 NCAA postseason run resulted in the largest margin of victory and most goals in the NCAA Tournament for the Bulls when they beat Albany in the first round, 5-1, at Corbett Stadium.
