USF Women's Tennis Opens Fall Season at Prestigious Bedford Cup

TAMPA (Sept. 22, 2022) – The University of South Florida women's tennis team kicks off its 2022 fall season as its travels south on Interstate 75 to Fort Myers, Fla. for the prestigious Bedford Cup at the Florida Gulf Coast University Tennis Complex. The three-day event, which is open to all Division I schools in Florida, begins on Friday and runs through Sunday. The Bedford Cup is the first of five fall events the Bulls will play.

With the fall season traditionally focused on individual results, the Bulls will face some of the top programs and competition in the Southeast. South Florida will begin play at 9 a.m. with five singles matches followed by three matches at 10:30 a.m.
