In that role, he oversaw ticket sales, membership services, ticket operations, the Hurricane Club's annual fundraising efforts, consumer marketing, retail operations, and corporate partnerships.

Jason Layton"Jason Layton is a fantastic addition to our USF Athletics leadership team," Higgins said. His experience across both collegiate and professional sports blends perfectly with where we are going as an athletic department and university. Jason is no stranger to Team Tampa Bay, and we could not be more excited to welcome him back as our Chief Business Officer for USF Athletics."

As Chief Business Officer, Layton will oversee USF Athletics' business operations, including budgeting, purchasing, RFPs, contracts, and legal matters.
