TAMPA, Fla. (December 18, 2025) – The University of South Florida women's tennis team announced its 2026 spring schedule, highlighted by a competitive slate that features Power Four opponents, multiple home weekends in Tampa, and a strong conference road stretch leading into the American Athletic Conference Championship.
The Bulls open the dual-match season on the road with a pair of in-state matchups, beginning at Florida State on Saturday, Jan. 17, followed by a visit to UCF on Sunday, Jan. 18. South Florida will also compete in the Tampa Cup from Jan. 23–25, gaining early-season individual match experience.
USF's home schedule begins Friday, Feb. 6, against Florida Gulf Coast and includes a strong run of matches at the USF Tennis Complex. The Bulls will host North Florida (Feb. 7), Stetson (Feb. 11), and Georgia State (Feb. 14) before heading to New Orleans for road matches against UTSA (Feb. 21) and Tulane (Feb. 22).
The Bulls return home for a busy late-February stretch, hosting Charlotte on Feb. 27, a neutral match between Charlotte and FAU on Feb. 28, and Florida Atlantic on March 1. March continues with home matches against Penn (March 9), VCU (March 11), Yale (March 13), Liberty (March 15), and Brown (March 23), giving USF a strong extended home stand.
Conference play intensifies late in the season as South Florida travels to College of Charleston (March 19), Wichita State (March 27), SMU (March 29), Rice (April 3), and FIU (April 4).
The Bulls will close the season at the American Athletic Conference Championship, scheduled for April 16–19.

Head coach Cristina Moros, a former collegiate national champion and four-time All-American, is in her 11th year at the helm entering the 2025-26 season. She was named the 2017 AAC Coach of the Year after leading the Bulls to the conference championship that season.
