TAMPA, FLA. (February 17, 2025) - The South Florida women's tennis team (1-8) lost its doubleheader weekend opponents, dropping to Florida State (8-1) by a score of 4-0 and North Florida (2-3) by a score of 4-3.
On Friday facing FSU, the Bulls battled throughout singles play despite losing the point on doubles play. The team started hot with two first set wins by

Gargi Pawar (6-4). However, after losing two courts and being down sets on the rest, the Bulls ultimately fell to the Seminoles in multiple three-set battles.Â
Due to inclement weather on Sunday, the Bulls headed on the road Monday to square off against UNF at noon. South Florida fought hard through singles play, winning strong on three courts, but ultimately lost the match against North Florida 4-3.Â
