USF Women's Tennis Travels to South Carolina for Two Matches

March 17, 2026

The University of South Florida women's tennis team continues its spring slate with a two-match road swing in South Carolina, beginning Wednesday against Coastal Carolina before facing the College of Charleston on Thursday.

First serve against Coastal Carolina is set for 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday in Conway. The Bulls will then travel to Charleston for a 1 p.m. matchup with the College of Charleston on Thursday.

South Florida (5–8) looks to bounce back after a 4–1 loss to Liberty on Sunday at the USF Varsity Tennis Courts. The Bulls dropped the doubles point before picking up their lone victory in singles play, where Melisa Senli delivered a dominant straight-set win at the No. 2 position.

Despite the result, the Bulls have shown resilience throughout the week, including a comeback win over VCU and competitive doubles performances during their recent homestand.

The midweek trip presents an opportunity for South Florida to regain momentum away from home. Establishing an early edge in doubles and carrying that confidence into singles will be key as the Bulls face two non-conference opponents in back-to-back days.

First serve on Wednesday is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., followed by Thursday's 1 p.m. match in Charleston.
