USF Women's Tennis Closes Regular Season this Weekend

April 01, 2026

The University of South Florida women's tennis team closes out its regular season this weekend with a pair of matches in Texas, beginning with Rice on Friday before facing FIU at a neutral site on Sunday.

USF opens the weekend against Rice on Friday at 3 p.m. ET. The Owls hold a 10-2 all-time advantage in the series, presenting a challenging matchup for the Bulls as they look to finish the regular season strong on the road.

The weekend concludes on Sunday at noon ET with a neutral-site matchup against FIU. The Panthers lead the all-time series 10-4, but the Bulls will look to shift momentum in their favor as they wrap up regular season play.

With the American Conference Tournament on the horizon, these final two matches serve as an important opportunity for USF to build confidence, sharpen its lineup, and carry momentum into postseason competition.
