• Won the 5,000 meters at the Dominican Republic National Championships May 1 in La Vega, Dominican Republic
• Competed unattached during the 2010 track season
Cross Country
• Had the top time for USF at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 16) in 26:52.00
• Finished second for the Bulls at the Mountain Dew Invitational, the Paul Short Invitational and the NCAA South Regional
• Had a season-best 26:16.00 at the Paul Short Invite
• Also ran the 5k Early Bird Classic in 16:44.00 and the 10k NCAA South Regional in 33:17.86
• Also competed in the BIG EAST Championships

2008-09
Outdoor
• Set a personal-best 15:27.73 in the 5,000m to place fourth in the event at the South Florida Quad (March 28)
• Won the event crown in the 1,500m at the USF Open (March 6) in a personal-best time of 4:00.90
• Recorded a personal-best in the 3,000m at the USF Open (March 6) with an 8:59.19
• Team award winner for Most Outstanding Cross Country Runner
Cross Country
• Led USF at the Disney Invitational with a season-best 26:12.81
• Finished third among USF competitors at the BIG EAST Championship (28:41.90)
• Top finisher for the Bulls at the NCAA South Regional with a 34:37.39

2007-08
Outdoor
• Won the 1,500m at the USF Open (March 6) with a personal-best 4:00.90
• Set a personal-record 8:59.19 in the 3,000m at the USF Open (March 6)
• Ran a career-best 15:27.73 to place fourth in the 5,000m at the Bulls Invitational (March 20)
Cross Country
• Led the Bulls at the in the last four meets of the season
• Ran a best 8K at the Disney Invitational (Oct. 6) in a time of 26:53.05
• Clocked a time of 27:00.00 at the BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 27).

Wharton High School
• Two-time state qualifier in the mile
• Won the district championship the the mile, two mile and 4x800 relay team in 2007
• Regional runnerup in all three events
• Took fourth at states in the 4x800, sixth in the mile and 10th in the two mile in 2007
• Made cross country first team as a junior and senior
• Two-time all-district and all-regional performer
• School record holder in the two mile and the 15K
• Five-time letter winner - two cross country, three track
• Member of the high school honor roll
