Biography

2021-22: Joined the Bulls for her final season of eligibility...played in all 10 events and ranked second on the team in scoring average (74.54)...shot in the 60s four times and recorded eight rounds of par of better...tallied three top 25 finishes and two top 10 marks...tied for sixth and led USF at the Evie Odom Invitational with a season-low 54-hole score of 207...fired a season-low 67 in the final round of the USA Intercollegiate while making her USF debut.

Baxendale earned her degree in sociology from Vanderbilt and elected to play her additional COVID year at USF.

PRIOR TO USF: Played for seasons at Vanderbilt University...named All-SEC Second Team and to the All-SEC Freshman Team her first collegiate season...posted a 73.30 average over 30 rounds with a low round of 69 as a freshman...won the Brickyard Collegiate in her first collegiate tournament and placed 15th at the SEC Championships...won a round in the quarterfinals of SEC match play that year and went on to finish 34th individually at the NCAA Tallahassee Regional...recorded a 74.59 average in her sophomore campaign and finished third in the NCAA Auburn Regional, her third top 20 finish on the year, and 79th at the NCAA Championships...posted a 74.94 scoring average as a junior and a 75.9 during her senior campaign with the Commodores.

PERSONAL: Born December 2, 1998 in Pennsylvania, Baxendale moved to Florida in her youth...parents are Ernie and Liz Baxendale...graduated from The First Academy in Windermere in 2017...the team captain ranked No. 16 in the 2017 Golfweek Junior Girls ranking and was the Spectrum Sports Central Florida Girls Golfer of the Year as her team finished second in the Florida 1A state tournament and she placed fifth...won the 2015 Florida State Girls 13-15 Junior Championship and was a four-time FSGA Florida Cup recipient...qualified for the U.S. Amateur Championship in 2019 and 2020 and advanced to the match play round...hobbies include watching golf, reading and fishing.
