• Selected for induction into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame (CFL) in 2024.
A Bulls wide receiver from 2003-06, Green went on to play 13 seasons (2007-2019) in the CFL for the Montreal Alouettes (2007-09 & 2010-16) and Toronto Argonauts (2017-19). He recorded 716 receptions and 10,222 receiving yards while notching 30 career 100-yard receiving games and 60 touchdown receptions. Green is one of 18 players to surpass 10,000 yards receiving in CFL history and ranks 12th all-time in receptions.
Green was part of three Grey Cup winning teams, claiming the trophy with Montreal in 2009 and 2010 and with Toronto in 2017. He was twice elected a CFL All-Star (2013 & 2017) and was chosen as a CFL East Division All-Star eight times from 2011 to 2015 in Montreal and from 2017-19 in Toronto.
A starter as a true-freshman at USF in 2004, Green was a top target for the Bulls for four seasons as the program transitioned from Conference USA to the Big EAST, earned the program’s first two bowl bids, and first bowl victory in the 2006 PapaJohns.com Bowl. He finished his career with 62 receptions for 864 yards and five touchdowns.
SOUTH FLORIDA
2006: Made 20 receptions for 328 yards and two touchdowns...the Bulls went 9-4 (4-3 Big East) and earned the program's second-straight bowl bid, knocking off ECU in the PapaJohns.com Bowl for the program's first bowl victory.
2005: One of his two career TDs at Connecticut (Nov. 26) when he had three catches for 67 yards...Had season-high four receptions at Pittsburgh (Oct. 15)...Has 14 receptions for 191 yards this season.
2004: Second leading receiver on the team with 22 catches for 262 yards...Had career-best seven catches for 98 yards in USF’s thrilling double overtime win at TCU (Sept. 25)...Followed that with three catches for 43 yards and his first career touchdown vs. Southern Miss (Oct. 2)...TD catch was nine yards...Also had his season-long reception of 26 yards in that Southern Miss game.
2003: Started first seven games of the season and played in 10 of 11 as a rookie...Had four catches for 45 yards, earning a career first catch at historic Legion Field against Alabama (Aug, 30), good for 15 yards...Had another 15-yard catch one week later vs. Nicholls State (Sept. 6)...All four catches came in the first four games of the season with one reception in each game.
