2010

Outdoor
• Jumped 19-1.25 in the long jump and went 1:01.30 in the 400 hurdles, both PRs, at the South Florida Invitational (5/14)
• Placed sixth at the BIG EAST Championships (4/30-5/2) in the heptathlon with a new PR of 4,709 points, moving her into second all-time at USF
• Posted PRs in the shot put (32-7.5), 100 hurdles (15.03) and 200 meters (25.73) at BIG EAST
• Ran in the 4x800 relay that placed ninth with a time of 9:07.26, the second-best time at USF
• Also placed 11th in the long jump after leaping 18-5
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 hurdles and the long jump
• Ran a PR of 1:02.50 for a BIG EAST time in the 400 hurdles at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/10), ranking 10th all-time at USF
• Also went 15.37 in the 100 hurdles and 18-8 in the long jump, placing eighth at LSU
• Nearly qualified for the Championships in the 400 hurdles, running 1:04.19 at the FSU Relays (3/26)
• Had a new PR in the heptathlon at the Relays with 4,565 points, winning the 800 and finishing fourth in the 200, high and long jumps
• Leapt 19-0 for a new PR in the long jump at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) and threw 75-11 in the javelin
• Also ran the 200 meters and posted a new PR in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.55 at the Invite
• Ran 15.83 in the 100 hurdles, leapt 18-0.5 in the long jump and threw a new PR of 77-1 in the javelin at the USF Open (3/5)
• Competed in the 4x400 relay at both the Bulls Invite and the USF Open
Indoor
• Finished ninth in the pentathlon at the BIG EAST Championships (2/21) with a new PR of 3,345 points
• Placed third in the 800 meters (2:23.32) and in the long jump (18-2.5) in the pentathlon at the Championships
• Placed fourth in the pentathlon with 3,155 points at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 5)
• Took second in the long jump (17-2.75) and the 800 meters (2:29.11) and also competed in the 4x400 relay
• Ran 1:17.89 in the 500 to place fifth at the Reebok Invitational (Jan. 29)
• Also competed in the long jump, the 60 hurdles and the 4x400 relay at the Reebok Invite
• Finished third in the high jump and long jump in the pentathlon at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 22)
• took fourth overall in the pentathlon after scoring 3,128 points
• Competed in the 4x400 relay, the high jump, the 60-meter hurdles and the long jump at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15)
• Placed ninth in the long jump with a mark of 16-11.5 at the Oiler Invitational (Dec. 5)

2009
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
Outdoor
• Took seventh at the BIG EAST Championships in the heptathlon with a score of 4,372, the fifth-best mark in school records
• Qualified for BIG EAST competition in the long jump and heptathlon
• Posted a BIG EAST qualifying 18-9.75 in the long jump to capture bronze at LSU Alumni Gold (April 18), the fourth-best mark in school history
• Placed third overall in Bulldog Heptathlon competition (April 10-11) with a personal-best 4,194 point total
• Ran a personal-best 2:22.12 in Bulldog Heptathlon (April 10-11) 800m competition
• Logged personal-bests of 15.74 in the 100m hurdles and 26-0 in the shot put in FSU Relays (March 26-27) heptathlon competition
• Set a personal-record with a 57.35 in South Florida Quad (March 28) 400m competition
• Cleared the bar at a personal-best 5-2.25 in the high jump at the Bulls Invitational (March 21)
• Also had a personal-record throw measuring 69-9 in Bulls Invitational (March 21) javelin competition
• Ran a personal-best 26.0 in the 200m dash at the USF Open (March 6)
Indoor
• Placed eighth overall in the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22) pentathlon with a personal-best 3,323 point total
• Ran a career-best 2:23.33 in the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22) pentathlon 800m
• Also chalked up a personal-best 5-3.25 in BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22) high jump competition
• Set three career-marks in Gladstein Invitational (Jan.22-23) pentathlon competition - 17-11 in the long jump, 9.87 in the 60m hurdles and 27-10.75 in the shot put
• Set personal-bests of 10.72 in the 60m dash and 27.41 in the 200m dash at the Oiler Open (Dec. 5-6, 2008)
• Recorded a personal-record in the Reebok Indoor Games (Jan. 30) 55m hurdles with a 9.87
• Competed throughout the season as a member of the 4x400 relay teams

• Ran a season-best of 58.54 in the 400-meters at the Bulls Invitational (March 21)

• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships as a member of the 4x800 relay
• Ran a personal-best of 61.39 at the Saginaw Valley Holiday Classic (Dec. 8) in the 400-meters
• Set a personal-best in the 500-meters with a time of 1:17.93, the then fourth fastest time all-time at USF

• Team MVP in track and field four times, three times in cross country and once in basketball
• Broke seven high school records
