Career: Represented the Wales men's team twice, Welsh boys plate winner, Dyfed County champion, two-time semi finalist at the Welsh amateur.
2013-14: Played in all 10 tournaments, averaging 73.9 and shooting par or better eight times ... Shot 210 (-6) over three rounds at the Ocean Course Invitational, finishing in a tie for second place ... Posted a season-low 67 during the Ocean Course Invitational, tying a USF career low.
2012-13: Played in all 11 tournaments in his first year at USF...Tied in 2nd in the Cabo Intercollegiate for his best finish of the year...Posted a low round of 67 at the NCAA Regional Tournament in Tallahassee... Posted an average of 74.0 with 12 rounds at par or better...He has six Top 25 and two Top 10 finishes this year.
2011-12: At New Mexico JC was the Odessa CC invitational champion, NJCAA preview champion, Ronnie Black invitational champion and NMMI invitational champion, PING 2nd team All American.
2010-11: Under coach James Black at New Mexico Junior College placed 2nd at Midland CC Invitational, 5th at NJCAA preview.
High School: Played under coach Michael Owen. 4 time medalist, 1 all tournament team, PING 2nd team All American.
Personal: Born on December 4, 1991 in Aberystwyth, Wales…Son of Andy James and Heather Ellis Jones…Has one brother Tom James (22) who plays Rugby for Neath RFC, and one sister Nuala Ellis Jones (10).
