Youth & Middle School Clinic
Join us for our Middle School & Youth Cheer Clinic, where you'll get to stunt with our experienced coaches and athletes! This clinic is the perfect place to learn new skills, refine your technique, and build a strong foundation in cheerleading. You’ll get to stunt with many different athletes and perform a variety of stunts, from fundamentals to more advanced skills, while gaining valuable experience and confidence in a supportive environment. Coed Stunt School
Join us for our Coed Stunt School, where you'll train in stunting, tumbling, collegiate-level baskets and pyramids with our experienced coaches and athletes! This is the perfect opportunity to perfect your technique and refine your skills while learning new ones. You’ll learn drills to take your tumbling and baskets to the next level and get to upgrade your stunts and pyramids as you work with our athletes. At the end, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase what you’ve learned! A unique feature of our Coed Stunt Schools is the one-on-one instruction, so whether you're looking to improve for your team or prepare for the future, this is the place for you! College Prep Clinic
Join us for our College Prep Clinic where you'll get to stunt with and receive tumbling instruction from our USF athletes and coaches! This clinic is the perfect place to learn new skills, perfect your technique, and experience collegiate-level stunting. You’ll get to stunt with many different athletes and perform a variety of skills from basics to elites and beyond, as well as learn drills to help you master your tumbling. You don't want to miss this chance to train with our athletes and take your skills to the next level!
Recruiting Weekend
Our recruiting weekend is designed for seniors and transfer students looking to get recruited by USF Coed! This is a weekend where athletes will be able to practice with the current USF Coed team members, attend a USF football game, join us for our Coed Stunt School, and learn more about our program and our university. During this recruiting weekend, athletes will also receive help filling out their application for the university.

STUNT SCHOOL
- Do I need to confirm my spot for Stunt School?
- There will be a confirmation email sent out within 72 hours of registration & a response is required to secure a spot.
- Who will teach the camp?Â
- Coaching staff, head coaches: Gillian and Ronnie, along with USF Coed athletes.
- What will you learn?Â
- Athletes will learn at a 1:1 ratio at stunt schools. Alongside stunting, they will learn tumbling, college baskets and basket technique, and collegiate pyramids!Â
- What are the age requirements to attend the camp?Â
- Sophomores and above may attend the clinic!
- Can parents or coaches stay and watch?Â
- Not for stunt schools! This is a closed event and only athletes are able to attend!Â
- Will there be a break for lunch?Â
- No, there is no lunch break, but you are more than welcome to bring a snack!Â
- Can I purchase apparel?Â
- Apparel is available to purchase at select clinics.
- Where is the best place to park on campus?Â
- Lot 6 off of USF Bull Run Drive. This lot is the parking lot closest to Gate D of the Yuengling Center & is free to park in.
- What should you wear?Â
