Ted Lambrinides

Ted is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he did his undergraduate studies in Business Marketing and his graduate and post-graduate studies in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology, respectively.   He served as a graduate assistant strength coach at Ohio State for 5 years. He currently produces the monthly Pro Football Sports Science Research Update for the Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society, Professional Football Performance Coaches Association, and the Professional Football Registered Dietitian Society.  In addition, he provides the Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society (PBSCCS) and the National Basketball Strength Coaches Association (NBSCA) with sports research updates, as well as, the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. He also owns and operates Sports Performance Consulting providing consulting services on such topics as sports science technology and its implementation, sports nutrition, as well as ergogenic aids/PED use and abuse.  Ted's clients have included numerous NFL, NBA, MLB, and major college programs, as well as, the United States Secret Service. Ted coordinated the Exercise Science program at Thomas More University from 1991 to 2011.
