Indoor:
Cross Country: Ran a season best of 19:49.1 for 5k at the FSU Invitational.
 
Previous school: Ran a personal best time of 2:08.42 for 800m at the 2021 MEAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships to finish runner-up. Ran a personal best of 4:42.03 for 1,500m at the 2021 Aggie Classic.

High School: Ran a personal best of 2:13.56 to place fourth in the 800m at the 2019 FHSAA 4A State Meet. Placed fifteen at the 2019 FHSAA 4A State meet with a personal best time of 18:52.10.

Personal: Attended North Carolina A&T University and Boone High School. Daughter of Hernel and Tashonda Sherwood. Majoring in Criminology. Born on August 19th.
