Cross Country: Opened season at the UNF XC Invite on Aug. 29, running 21:35.7 in the 5K and placing 69th…ran a personal-best 5K time of 19:26.4 at the Southern Showcase on Sept. 12…finished 60th at the American Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1 with a personal-best 6K time of 22:29.5.

Indoor: Recorded an 11:56.29 and placed 10th in the distance medley relay at the American Indoor Championships.

Outdoor: Ran 4:43.93 in the 1,500m…placed 8th in the 1,500m (4:38.83)…clocked a personal-best 1,500m time of 4:33.03 at East Coast Relays…posted a 1,500m time of 4:41.03 to finish 14^th at the American Outdoor Championships.

Cross Country: Opened the season at the UCF XC Opener on Aug. 30, running 22:28.5 in the 5K and placing 62nd…ran 19:32.6 in the 5K at the FSU XC Invite on Oct. 11, placing 64th…finished 98th at the American Cross Country Championships on Nov. 2 with a 6K time of 26:43.4.

Indoor: Ran a personal-best 5:13.31 in the mile and placed 20th at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational…posted a 15th-place finish with a season-best 800m time of 2:20.37 at the Celebration Pointe Classic.

Outdoor: Placed 3rd in the 1,500m (4:46.42) at the Tampa Classic on Mar. 7.

2024
Indoor: Opened the 2024 track season at the Celebration Pointe Classic (Feb. 2-3), finishing 6th in the 1000m with a time of 3:05.46…Competed at the American Indoor Track & Field Championship (Feb. 23-24), placing 58th in the 3,000m (10:55.04) and 12th in the distance medley relay (DMR) with a time of 12:23.48.

Outdoor: Placed 3rd in the 800m at The Spartan Classic (Mar. 1), recording a time of 2:21.04…At the USF Bulls Alumni Invitational (Mar. 15-16), finished 47th in the 1500m with a time of 4:52.18…Improved her performance in the 1500m at the South Florida Invitational (Apr. 5-6), finishing 8th with a time of 4:48.64.
