• Had a season-best 19:00.00 in the 5k at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 16)
• Posted a time of 22:57.00 at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 2) in the 6k
• Also ran at the Early Bird Classic, the Mountain Dew Invitational, the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Regional
2008-09
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
Indoor
• Won bronze in the 3,000m at the Red Simmons Invitational (Jan. 24) with a 10:23.56
• Ran a personal-best 10:20.37 in the 3,000m at the Indiana Invitational (Jan. 17)
Cross Country
• Finished in the top 4 of USF athletes at every meet
• Ran a personal-best of 18:24.58 at the FSU Invitational (5k)
• Posted a personal-best 22:04.00 at the Paul Short Invitational (6k)
• Represented USF at the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA South Regional, the second-place finisher for USF at Regionals
• Also competed at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge, the Mountain Dew Invitational and the Walt Disney Classic
Thousand Island Secondary School
• 2008 Team OFSAA cross country bronze medalist
• Earned two letters in cross country and track and field
• Ran best times as a senior in the 1500-meters in a time of 4:53 and in the 3000-meters in a time of 10:27
