2022: Cross Country: Ran a season best time of 26:28.2 for 8k at the North Alabama Showcase (Sep. 16) … Ran a personal best time of 35:17.4 for 10k at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 11).

High School: PRs: 800m: 1:53.95, 1,600m: 4:18.97, 3,200m: 9:37.57, 5,000m: 16:03.17 ... Anchored his 4x800m relay team to the state championship at the 2022 FHSAA 4A State Meet. Ran personal bests at 2022 FHSAA 4A State Meet in the 800m (1:53.95) to place seventh and 1600m (4:18.97) to place sixth.
