2017-2018
Outdoor 

• Finished 8th at the Black and Gold Challenge (3/16-3/17) in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:34.79. 

• Did not compete 

Cross Country 

• Competed at The American Athletic Conference Championship in the 8k with a time of 27:12.7, finishing 48th. 
• Recorded a season-best 5k time of 16:29.08 at the Holloway Park Cross Country Preseason Festival (9/2/17), finishing 10th. 
• Recorded a season-best 8k time of 26:05.4 at the Florida State Invitational (10/6/17), finishing 28th. 

2016-17

Cross Country 

• Competed in all 6 meets for the Bulls. 
• Finished 2nd in the 8k at the Florida Tech Invitational with a time of 27:14.54
• Competed in the American Athletic Conference Championship in the 8k and recorded a season best time of 26:14, finishing first amoung the Bulls and 39th overall. 
• Competed in the NCAA South Regional in the 10k finishing with a time of 33:40.8. 

2015-16

Outdoor 

• Was 14th in the 10K at the American Outdoor Championships (5/12) in a time of 34:09.31.
• Had a team-best 5K time of 15:33.12 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) and finished fifth.

Indoor 

• Placed 25th in the 3,000m run at the American Indoor Championships (2/28) with a time of 8:57.80.

• Had a season-best 3,000m run time of 8:57.62 at the Joe Donahue Games (1/22) and placed 12th.

• Ran a time of 4:41.33 in his only mile competition at the Hooser Hills Invite (2/12) and placed 14th.

Cross Country 

• Recorded a season best 8k time of 25:34.63 at the American Athletic Conference Championship, finishing third among the Bulls and 41st overall.

• Ran a 10k time of 33:17.34 at the NCAA South Regional, finishing third among Bulls and 97th overall.

2014-15
Cross Country

• Competed in all seven meets for the Bulls, recording a personal-best 8k time of 27:13.30 at the Louisville Cross Country Classic on Oct. 4
• Participated in the American Athletic Conference Championship with a 8k time of 27:19 on Oct. 31
• Finished the NCAA South Regional in third for the Bulls in 33:51.2 for 10k

HIGH SCHOOL: A team captain, all-conference, all-district, all-region and all-state runner at Mandonin High School in Jacksonville, Fla… Ran track and cross country all four years… Had personal bests of 15:50 for a cross country 5K as a senior, 4:38 in the mile in track as a sophomore and 9:39 in the two mile as a junior
