• Competed at the Bob Eubanks Open (1/14) for the Bulls
• Took home 14th place after running the 800 meter run in 2:25.04

• Ran 2:21.64 in the 800 meters at the UT Distance Carnival (4/10)
• Had a season-best 2:20.01 at the FSU Relays (3/26)
• Ran 2:21.83 in the 800 at the USF Open (3/5) and then 2:21.08 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19)
• Member of the 4x400 relay at the Bulls Invite

• Posted a PR - indoor and outdoor - at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6) in the 800 in 2:18.09
• Ran the 800 meters and helped the DMR finish third in 12:09.15 at the Reebok Invitational (Jan. 29)
• Finished seventh in the 800 meters in 2:26.01 at the Oiler Invite (Dec. 5)
Cross Country
• Ran a time of 21:43.20 at the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic (Oct. 10)

• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team

• Ran a personal-best 2:18.36 in the 800m at LSU Alumni Gold (April 18)
• Placed second in the 800m at the USF Open (March 6) with a 2:22.47

Brunswick High School
• Earned two varsity letters in track and field
• Named to the 2006 and '07 all-county teams
• Helped Brunswick HS to a 2006 IA State Championship title
• Tabbed team's Most Improved in 2006
• Ran a personal-best 2:23 in the 800-meter run as a junior
• Also earned four varsity letters in basketball
