Outdoor: Ran a personal best time of 2:34.80 in the 800m at the Tampa Track Classic (Feb. 19) ... Ran a season-best time of 5:09.86 in the 1,500m at the Tampa Track Classic (Feb. 19).
Indoor: Did not compete.
Cross Country: Ran a season best time of 23:28.3 for 6,000m at the NCAA South Region Cross Country Meet. 

2020-21: 
Outdoor: Ran a personal best time of 4:55.63 in the 1500m at the Knights Invitational. Ran a personal best time of 18:47.05 for 5000m at the USF Invitational. 
Indoor: Did not compete.  
Cross Country: Had a season best time of 23:53.1 for 6000m at the FSU Winter XC Last Chance Meet
 
2019-20
Outdoor: No season due to Covid-19.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Cross Country: Ran a personal best for 5000m at the FSU Invitational with a time of 19:54.5. Personal best of 23:24.3 at the 2019 AAC XC Championships.

High School:
Ran a personal best time of 5:42.60 in the 1,600m at the East Stroudsburg Warrior Classic.
 
Personal:
Attended Marian Catholic School.  Daughter of Jack and Connie Capparell. Major is Biomedical Sciences.  Born on March 20th.
