Outdoor
• Ran the 800 at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10) and the Tom Jones Memorial Classic (4/17)
• Lowered his PR to 1:53.04 in the 800 meters at the FSU Relays (3/27) and helped the 4x400 relay run 3:14.58
• Member of the 4x400 relay at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) that placed first in 3:15.84
• Also ran the 800 at the Invite
• Went 1:53.84 in the 800 at the USF Open (3/5), just missing out on a BIG EAST qualifying time
Indoor
• Helped USF gain an early lead as the Bulls eventually finished sixth in the DMR at the BIG EAST Championships (2/21)
• Ran the mile at both the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23) and the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6)
• Started the DMR off in the 1,200 meters at Sykes-Sabock, helping the Bulls place second overall in 10:01.72
• Ran the mile in 4:20.57 at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15), falling a second short of the BIG EAST qualifying mark
Cross Country
• Had the top time for USF in the 5k Early Bird Classic (Sept. 4) in 16:24.00
• Ran a season-best 26:09.00 at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 2), coming in first for the Bulls
• Also had the team's top overall time in the BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 31)
• Finished third for USF at the Hatter Invitational and also competed at the Mountain Dew Invite and the NCAA South Regional

2008-09
Outdoor
• Ran a season-best 4:07.87 in the 1,500m at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet (April 18)
• Set a personal best in the 3,000m at the USF Open (March 6) with a 9:23.10
Indoor
• Finished 13th in the 1,000m at the BIG EAST Championships with a 2:36.43
• Surpassed the BIG EAST qualifying standard in the mile at the Red Simmons Invitational (Jan. 24) with a personal-best 4:19.12
• Qualified for conference competition in his first-ever 1000m indoor race with a 2:28.66
Cross Country
• Did not compete due to illness

2007-08
Outdoor
• Set a personal-record with a 3:55.20 in the 1,500m at the Florida Relays (April 3-4)
• Ran a personal-best of 1:57.56 in the 800m at the Bulls Invitational (March 21)
• Won the 800m and the 1,500m at the Bulls Invitational (March 21)
Cross Country
• Led the Bulls in three of six meets
• Competed at the BIG EAST Championships and NCAA South Regional Championships
• Ran a personal best time of 25:42.00 at the Louisville Invitational (Sept. 29)

2006-07
Outdoor
• Ran a best of 4:00.10 in the 1,500m at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (March 17)
Cross Country
• Competed at the BIG EAST and NCAA South Regional Championships
• Ran a season-best of 26:26 at the Disney Invitational

Wharton High School
• Earned four letters in cross country, three in track and one in baseball
• Cross country Rookie of the Year in 2002
• Seven-time all-state performer
• First team all-county selection sophomore through senior years
• First team all-state selection as a junior in track and as a senior in cross country
• Ranked top-10 in state for cross country and top-40 in the nation in the 1,600 senior year
• Holds five school records for Wharton and one for Armwood High
