2017 (Arizona State): Barnett appeared in four games for the Sun Devils during the 2017 season, his first with the program… saw action vs. New Mexico State, Utah, USC and UCLA…completed 3-of-5 passes for 40 yards and one interception on the year…completed 2-of-3 passes for 21 yards vs. New Mexico State... earned a degree in liberal studies in the spring of 2018.
 
2015-16 (Alabama): Redshirted his first season at Alabama in 2015 and began the 2016 season as the Crimson Tide’s starter in the season opener vs. USC…played in three games with one start for the Tide in 2016, completing 11-of-19 passes for 219 yards and two touchdowns… completed 5-of-6 passes for 100 yards and a touchdown vs. USC before being replaced by Jalen Hurts in the game…transferred in September of the 2016 season, enrolling first at Palomar College in California before moving on to Arizona State prior to the start of the 2017 season.
