De’Vonte Danzey joined head coach Alex Golesh’s USF staff in February of 2024 as a quality control analyst working with the offensive line.
Danzey came to USF after a season at Abilene Christian (2023) serving as tight ends coach.
Danzey previously served at Georgia (2022) as graduate assistant working with the offensive line and for a season at Indiana University as an offensive graduate assistant (2021).
He was an offensive line graduate assistant at Troy University from 2018-20 also coached the tight ends and fullbacks. Danzey became the second Auburn offensive lineman to be named Iron Bowl Most Valuable Player in 2015, and when he left was the only player to start at center, guard, and tackle in school history.
He signed a free-agent contract with the Cincinnati Bengals following his collegiate career.
