2013: Welch appeared in 11 games and started four...recorded eight receptions for 123 yards, which ranked fourth best on the team...averaged 15.4 yards per catch, the second-best mark on the team...posted his best game of the year with three catches for 46 yards at Houston (10/31)...recorded at least one catch in six games. 

2012: Appeared in all 12 games, starting three, at wide receiver ... made 18 receptions for 183 yards ... posted three catches for 21 yards at Louisville ... had five receptions for 39 yards versus UConn ... added four catches for 35 yards at Cincinnati ... posted two receptions for 14 against Pitt ... had single-catch games against Chattanooga, Nevada, Ball St. and Florida St.

2011: Appeared in all 12 games, starting four, at wide receiver ... caught 31 passes for 433 yards and a TD ... made three receptions for 39 yards against FAMU ... tallied five catches for 130 yards against Cincinnati ... added four receptions for 37 yards ... posted five catches for 38 yards ... tallied four receptions for 62 yards and a TD versus Louisville ... added five catches for 57 yards against West Virginia.

WILLISTON HIGH SCHOOL: Tabbed the No. 76 athlete in the country by ESPN.com ... named first-team all-area by the Gainesville Sun as a senior ... earned Florida 1B-2A Offensive Player of the Year honors by the Gainesville Sun ... also tabbed third-team 3A all-state ... named Small Town Player of the Year ... had more than 1,200 rushing yards with 16 TDs and 4 INTs as a senior ... posted 837 all-purpose yards as a junior ... had 770 yards and 12 TDs combined rushing and receiving as a sophomore.
