VIERA HS: Played for coach Derrick Smith…totaled 302 tackles, 10 sacks and three interceptions in 28 games on his career…had a 100-yard interception return as a sophomore and a 25-yard interception return as a junior…carried the ball once and ran for a touchdown his senior year…posted 102 tackles (12.8 tpg) and added 15 tackles for loss with five sacks in his senior season…as a junior he led his team with 118 tackles (13.1 tpg), nine tackles for loss and three sacks while also forcing a fumble and blocking a field goal attempt…posted 81 tackles, six tackles for loss and two sacks as a sophomore.
