2016: Appeared in all 13 games with six starts…totaled 32 tackles, four off his career high set in 2014…posted a tackle for loss, an interception and two pass breakups… returned an interception 11 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter against Cincinnati (10/1)… made a season-high five tackles against No. 13 FSU (9/24).

2015: Appeared in 12 of 13 games, including two starts…totaled 31 tackles, a sack and one pass break-up…made his first start of the season, making two tackles in a 51-3 rout of FAMU (9/5)…also started and tallied a season-high four tackles and a career-high tying one pass break-up in the contest at No.11/8 Florida St. (9/12)...slowed by injuries much of the middle of the season...posted four tackles and his first career sack in the Miami Beach Bowl (12/21).

2014: Ward started seven games and played in 10….slowed by an ankle injury late in the year…posted 36 tackles (27 solo), 1.0 tackles for loss, three pass break-ups and a recovered fumble…tied for the team lead with two interceptions…had a season high seven tackles and an interception vs. No. 19 ECU (10/11)…picked off a pass and recovered a fumble to go with three tackles vs. Maryland (9/6)…had six tackles vs. Western Carolina (8/30) and at Wisconsin (9/27)…posted five tackles vs. UCF (11/28)…recorded a tackle in every game he played.… lettered.

2013: Ward appeared in all 12 games and started three in his true-freshman season...posted 32 tackles with two tackles for loss and one interception...led the team with five pass break-ups and added a forced fumble and one fumble recovery...made his first career start in the dime package at Houston (10/31) and logged a season high seven tackles with one tackle for loss and a fumble recovery...also had starts vs. SMU (11/23) and at Rutgers (12/7)...had six tackles vs. No. 15 Miami (9/28)...had four tackles at Michigan State (9/7) and four tackles and a forced fumble at No. 17 UCF (11/29)...grabbed USF's first interception of the season in the opener vs. McNeese State (8/31)...posted a tackle in 10 of 12 games.
