2016: Started all 13 games at the “WILL” linebacker position … ranked second on the team with 78 total tackles (career high) and posted 48 solo tackles…led the team with 9.5 tackles for loss and added 2.0 sacks, a career-high two interceptions, a fumble recovery, a pass breakup and a QB hurry…led the team in tackles against UCF (11), Cincinnati (10) and Temple (7)…returned an interception 49 yards in the season-opening win over Towson (9/3) to go along with six tackles, a sack and 1.5 tackles for loss…returned an interception 34 yards in a win over ECU (10/8) to set up the game-sealing touchdown…posted at least one tackle for loss in seven games this season… has registered 232 career tackles…leads all current USF players with 41 career starts...his eight career forced fumbles rank second all-time at USF.
2015: Played in 11 games, starting 10 at the “Stinger” linebacker position…recorded 42 tackles on the year, including 29 solo tackles…also recorded 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, an interception and a forced fumble…recorded nine tackles in a win over ECU (11/7)…also recorded five tackles against Syracuse (10/10) and UConn (10/17).
2014: Harris had a break-out year as he started all 11 games he played at inside linebacker…named and NCAA FBS statistical champion (just the second in USF history) after leading the nation with .55 forced fumbles per game on the season…his six forced fumbles on the year set a new USF season record…finished second on the team (17th in the AAC) with 77 tackles (52 solo) and led the Bulls and finished sixth in the AAC with 10.5 tackles for loss…tied the for the team lead and ranked seventh in the AAC with two fumble recoveries and added two sacks on the year…led the team in tackles in three games, twice posting a season-high 11 stops…posted at least four tackles in every game he played…missed one game due to injury…was named AAC Defensive POW after posting a team-high nine tackles, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and a sack vs. Maryland (9/6)…led the team with 11 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery vs. UCF (11/28)…led the team with 11 tackles, a tackle for loss and a forced fumble at Cincinnati (10/24)…forced a fumble and recorded nine tackles in a win at Tulsa (10/18)…had nine tackles and a forced fumble vs. Western Carolina (8/30)…logged two tackles for loss and five tackles in a win over UConn (9/19)…had two tackles for loss and six solo tackles at Wisconsin (9/27)...lettered.
2013: Harris appeared in all 12 games and started seven as a true freshman...was one the field for 340 defensive plays...totaled 35 tackles with two and a half tackles for loss, one pass break-up and one forced fumble...made first career start vs. FAU (9/14) and had a team-leading 12 tackles to go with a forced fumble and a TFL...12 tackles were the third highest total by a USF player on the year...posted a career high two tackles for loss vs. Cincinnati (10/5)...had four tackles in wins over Cincinnati (10/5) and at UConn (10/12)...posted two tackles in his first career game in the season-opener vs. McNeese State (8/31)...posted at least one tackle in nine games.
