Kyle Fahey was named assistant director of scouting on Brian Hartline’s first South Florida football staff in December of 2025.

A University of South Florida graduate, Fahey has served on the USF football staff since 2023 and was part of developing three recruiting classes that ranked at the top of The American from 2024-26.

He began his career as a scouting graduate assistant in 2023 on Alex Golesh’s first USF staff before being promoted in following years. He served as a talent evaluator and assisted in the recruitment process of all potential prospects.

Fahey earned his bachelor’s degree from USF in mass communications and later earned a master’s degree in finance.
