Bahler oversees several aspects of the recruiting process, including creating positional prospect recruiting boards, evaluating and creating highlights for coaches, overseeing evaluations, official and unofficial visits, and maintaining databases along with numerous other responsibilities.

As a high school coach Bahler spent the previous 11 seasons as the Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers coach at Lakeland High School.  During his time at Lakeland, Bahler helped lead the Dreadnaughts to a 122-16 record, including a 15-0 state championship in 2018 defeating St. Thomas Aquinas 33-20.  While also holding the title of recruiting coordinator Bahler helped the Dreadnaughts to double digit college signings in all 11 seasons.  He was responsible for 11 receivers signing Division 1 scholarships.

Bahler was selected to coach in 4 Under Armour All-American games and was responsible for coaching 6 players who were selected nationally to play in the game.  He also coached for Team USA in two different world championships.

Born and raised in the Washington D.C. area, Bahler attended DeMatha Catholic HS for 3 years before graduating from St. John’s College HS in D.C.  He would go on to receive his master’s degree in Business Administration from the USF College of Business in 2010.

Bahler is married to the former Sarah Prout. The couple have two children, Ethan and Emily.
