Biography

A transfer cornerback that joined the Bulls in January of 2026 after four collegiate seasons spent at BYU (2025), San Diego State (2024), Colorado (2023) and Jackson State (2022)...came to USF having played in 32 collegiate games and logging a career best 21 tackles in 2025 for a BYU team that reached the Big 12 Championship Game.

2025 (BYU): Played in 11 games for a 12-2 team (8-1 Big 12) that spent much of the season in the Top 25 and reached the Big 12 Championship game...logged 21 tackles and two pass break-ups...had a season-best two tackles in games at Arizona, at No. 9 Texas Tech, vs. TCU and vs. No. 22 Georgia Tech in a victory in the Pop-Tarts Bowl in Orlando.

2024 (SAN DIEGO STATE): Played in 12 games...logged one tackle.

2023 (COLORADO): Followed Deion Sanders to Colorado...did not see action.

2022 (JACKSON STATE): Played in nine games at Jackson State under Deion Sanders as a true freshman...finished with eight tackles, two interceptions for 16 yards, three pass breakups and one fumble recovery... had a season best three tackles against Bethune Cookman...had an interception in his first and last game at Jackson State, against Florida A&M and then against Southern in the SWAC Championship game.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterwinner at St. John Bosco High School...helped the Braves to a combined 28-5 record under coach Jason Negro...in three seasons of varsity action, he had 65 tackles (53 solo), with two tackles for a loss, 12 pass breakups, two interceptions and one fumble recovery... senior season SJBHS was 10-3 and he had 21 tackles, one interception and four pass breakups.... sophomore season SJBHS was 13-1 and he had 24 tackles, one for a loss, with one interception and six pass breakups as St. John Bosco was the California open division champions and the High School Football America National Champions.... A three-star prospect by the recruiting services...ESPN ranked him as the No. 50 cornerback in the nation and No. 35 player from California. ...On3 Sports listed him as the No. 125 cornerback nationally and No. 83 player from California....Rivals listed him as the No. 97 player from California...247 sports listed him as the No. 107 cornerback in the nation and No. 101 player from California...247 Composite had him as the No. 798 player nationally, the No. 74 cornerback and No. 60 player from California...On3 Consensus listed him as the No. 1,050 player nationally, the No. 101 cornerback and No. 74 player from California. 

PERSONAL: Parents are Marlene Garris and Terrance Beasley...has three siblings – brother, Terrance, played football at Southern Utah.
