2021: Redshirt season.

A preferred walk-on who signed with the Bulls in February of 2021…rated a 4.5 star kicker by Kohl’s and five star by Chris Sailer Kicking…had offers from Air Force, Army, Charlotte and East Carolina
 
SPARTANBURG HS: The top kicking prospect in the state of South Carolina, according to the Chris Sailer Rankings, which ranks the nation’s high-school kickers...strength is hang time on kickoffs...Fowler possess a strong leg, logging 59 touchbacks on 81 kickoffs on his career, with 27 touchbacks on 38 kickoffs in his final campaign…in shortened senior campaign he went 3-of-3 on PAT…at the 2020 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp he scored 14 points in the field goal charting and charted several 70+ yard kickoffs including a big ball of 73 yards with 3.63 seconds of hang time…also attended a June 2020 Showcase Camp where he made eight field goals and scored a 93.87 on kickoffs...recruited by Alabama, Clemson, East Carolina, North Carolina and West Virginia.
