Todd St. John-Fulton serves USF Athletics as the Director of Internal Operations for the Bulls Club. St. John-Fulton manages all financial aspects of the Bulls Club, including budgets and payments and other internal operations.
St. John-Fulton joined USF Athletics in 2007, before moving to work for the Yuengling Center (previously the Sun Dome) from 2008-2011. He returned to USF Athletics in 2013 in his current role.
St. John-Fulton passionately serves as the leader of the USF Alumni Associations LGBTQ+ Society, planning events and creating opportunities for involvement within the USF community. He is also a member of College Athletic Business Management Association (CABMA) and National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD). He is passionate about propelling the mission of diversity and inclusion in college athletics and serving student-athletes with this goal in mind.
Outside of USF, St. John-Fulton is a Board Member of the Ybor Youth Clinic, which serves marginalized and under-served youth ages 13-24. He also serves on the Tampa Bay Diversity Chamber of Commerce.
St. John-Fulton earned his associates degree in accounting in 2007 from Florida Metropolitan University, and is pursuing his bachelors degree in general studies from USF, anticipating graduation in spring 2019. Todd and his husband Stephen St. John-Fulton and their three dogs, all boys, lovingly reside in Tampa, their hometown.
