USF Athletics

Lauren Giesecke joined the USF coaching staff in 2013, making a strong addition to head coach Marci Kornegay's staff as the assistant coach. A 2011 exercise science graduate of Indiana University with a minor in coaching and four years of Big Ten golf experience under her belt, Giesecke brings her strong athletic background to the Bulls' program, as well as plenty of organizational and administrative experience.

Prior to arriving at USF, Giesecke worked as the Junior Golf Manager for PGA of America, Georgia Section, helping organize and run junior golf tournaments in the state of Georgia. She also spent time with both the American Junior Golf Association and the International Junior Golf Tour, gaining experience.

Since arriving at USF, Giesecke helped coach Ashley Burke to All-Conference status, as well as an NCAA Regional Tournament berth.
