Gotsch was promoted to Assistant Special Teams Coach in March of 2025 after spending two years (2023-24) as a graduate assistant on head coach Alex Golesh’s staff at South Florida.

A native of Polk County, Florida, Gotsch brings a diverse background to the Bulls, combining his experience in football coaching with a strong foundation in operations management and leadership from his time in the U.S. Army (2020-2022). Gotsch managed and coordinated over 35 operations of 500+ individuals jumping out of aircrafts while with the U.S. Army.

Gotsch also coached Wide Receivers, JV, and Weightlifting at Lake Region High School (2022-23) while finishing his time in the Army and beginning as a graduate assistant for the Bulls.

Gotsch attended the American Military University, where he earned an associate of arts in general studies (2019-21).

Gotsch is also a husband and father.
