Dylan Foster joined the South Florida football staff in January of 2026 as an offensive analyst (offensive line) on Brian Hartline’s first Bulls staff.
Foster came to USF after a season at South Carolina State as the assistant offensive line coach.
Foster arrived at SC State after a brief stint at Western New Mexico University, where he served as the tight ends coach.
He began his coaching career as an offensive graduate assistant at his alma mater, Lenoir-Rhyne University (2024). During his time at LR, Foster assisted with on- and off-campus recruiting, worked closely with the offensive line, and contributed to film breakdown and analysis.
As a player, Foster had a successful five-year career at Lenoir-Rhyne in Hickory, N.C., making 30 career starts and playing in games at all five positions on the offensive line. He helped lead the Bears to a 40-13 overall record, served as a team captain, won the 2023 South Atlantic Conference Championship, and played a key role in a run to the NCAA Division II Semifinals.
Foster earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management and finance in 2024 and completed his master of business administration at Lenoir-Rhyne in 2025.
Foster is from Landover, Md., and a proud graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School.
